La Veta Pines RV Park has been a favorite spot for RV vacationers in the southern Rockies for decades. The RV Park is located in La Veta Colorado within easy walking distance of restaurants, shops and art galleries.

Nestled between the Spanish Peaks and the Sangre de Cristo Mountains, we're just 22 miles west of Interstate 25.
Whether you stop over for the night or stay for a while, you'll discover the peaceful beauty of our Southern Colorado Mountains.

Meet the Owners

Hello, fellow adventurers! We're Chris and Jodi Daniel, the proud owners of La Veta Pines RV Park. For the past several years, we have largely spent our time being a nuclear machinist (him) and a nonprofit administrator & consultant (her), and raising two kids,

Like you, we love to travel. We feel the most alive when we are seeing new places, meeting great people, and having new experiences that make lifelong cherished memories. We do cross-country motorcycle riding, offroading, and camping (in tents, pop-ups, conversion vans, campers - even hammocks, when we're traveling ultra-light). And now, our newest adventure is to meet all of you, and try to provide you with excellent hospitality as you explore the world.

Our small family-run park has been a part of the La Veta community for over 40 years. We hope to carry on the established tradition and honor the legacy of all those who have come before us, while also bringing our own style and fun to the park. Our goal is to provide modern comforts, warm hospitality, and a sense of community unique to La Veta.
